The company was until recently a wholly owned subsidiary
of Ericsson and is now an independent, thriving company
with an impressive product range. Camtec signed a licence deal on 1st December 2002 with Ericsson to sell the hugely successful PFA, FS and AXD 330 products independently.
Since then we have designed the NetCommander networked monitoring and control unit and are currently working on a new range of monitoring and control and security products.
We are also able to offer a hardware, software, PCB design, prototyping and production facility.

Camtec is based in Leicester, the largest city in the East
Midlands and the tenth largest in the country. In addition to
a colourful history, Leicester also boasts some good shopping,
numerous bars and restaurants, and a leading rugby and football club.
